Face of the Night! ...

So it was date night for hubs and I. It was a casual dinner/movies and I decided to keep the makeup simple and opt for a deeper lip colour (I usually reach for my nudes!). The oversized jumper that I'm wearing is by Vintage Couture (Urban Outfitters).

Primer...

Clarins Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch

I have been using this primer over the past few months and I have to say - It is amazing! This little jar does the job like no other. It has the smoothest texture that simply glides onto the skin, filling in the pores and smoothing the appearance of fine lines. This gives your skin the perfect canvas before foundation application for an absolutely flawless finish. 

This is great at keeping my oiliness at bay which means longer lasting foundation!!! 
I have been through a bunch of primers that haven’t given me what my skin/make-up needs so this one’s definitely a keeper for me! 

I have to admit, I was slightly disappointed at the size of the jar. All I was getting was a mere 15ml of product for £25?! I’ve been using this everyday over the last few months and I’m not even halfway through the jar so I can confidently say that it has been worth every penny.

Overall a brilliant product that is on my re-purchase list!

Nude Lips...

Lately I've been loving Estee Lauder's Pure Colour Long Lasting Lipstick in Pinkberry. 
This brand is not one that I would usually go for but I decided to give it a try and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I have been wearing this pinkish nude since the day I got it! 

Pinkberry is such a pretty shade, it's one of those that would look great on any skin-tone. I love the creamy and oh-so luscious texture! 

There is a very delicate fruity smell to this which is not too over-powering. I love that this keeps my lips moisturised, it almost feels as though I have lip balm on!

I recently discovered a treasure trove of luxury makeup and cosmetics at bargain prices!

The Cosmetics Company Store sells brands from Estee Lauder owned companies such as: Mac, Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder, Clinique and Origins.

They have a pretty impressive selection of products ranging from skincare and perfumes to lipsticks and makeup brushes, to mention the least!! I also managed to pick up my go to Bobbi Brown concealer at a fraction of the price! You can expect to save 30-40% off your purchases!

If you do see something that catches your eye, I would suggest grabbing it. Stock changes quite swiftly. All products are in immaculate condition which are overstocks, discontinued colours and limited edition products.
